About Amy Gregory

Amy owned and operated a Brokerage in Shelburne, Vermont for over 17 years and is the inspiration behind Pursuit Real Estate.  Amy has extensive experience with Lake Champlain properties from the Champlain Islands to Addison County, as well as in town properties, condominiums and commercial property.  Prior to becoming a Broker, Amy was a real estate attorney for many years, handling residential and commercial transactions, contract disputes, regulatory and permit matters, construction, leasing, and real estate development for large area developers.

 

Amy serves as a consultant and guide to Pursuit Real Estate. In her spare time she plays golf, travels, hangs out with Stan the Dog, enjoys sunsets from her lakefront deck, brokers real estate in southwest Florida, and roots for the Duke Blue Devils.
